Water Buster Complaint Form

This form can be used to contact Lakeview Irrigation Disctrict to report any water conservation complaints or to provide concerns or recommendations that you may have with your service

Please note that this form is strictly anonymous. Web servers do collect statistical data including visitors IP numbers. However, we do not use this information  to identify you nor is any of the IP information shared with anyone else except for statistical analysis.
